NCRMA Elects 2026-2027 Board of Directors, Names Mack McLamb of Carlie C’s as Chair

RALEIGH, NC (November 5, 2026) – The North Carolina Retail Merchants Association elected its 2026-2027 Board of Directors at its annual meeting Thursday. Mack McLamb of Carlie C’s, a grocery chain with 33 locations, takes over as board chair, succeeding Jose Luis of Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont.

McLamb has worked at Carlie C’s for 57 years. The company grew from 14 stores to 33 under his leadership, and he also owns two Ace Hardware stores among other business ventures in his community.

Luis served as board chair from 2025 to 2026 and will continue to guide the association as chair of the Executive Committee.

New directors include:
