The Retirement Plan Exchange (the Exchange), powered by Transamerica, allows small businesses to provide a retirement plan to employees without having to take on all the administrative and fiduciary responsibilities that come with it. RISE Up Retail Credentialing
Administered by RCA (an entity of NCRMA), RISE Up is a National Retail Federation training and credentialing program providing foundational employability skills to help people land jobs and get promoted in retail. The program is offered at no cost due to state funding. The National Retail Federation Foundation created four online training and credentialing courses designed by the retail industry to help students acquire the skills they need to land a retail job and advance into promising careers. There are four credentials available: Business of Retail; Customer Service and Sales; Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics; and Retail Industry Fundamentals.
